Having set up an accountancy practice during the 2008 recession from scratch with no clients, no contacts and no cash, he achieved an award-winning status in 2015. 

Jonathan brings over 15 years’ experience in multi discipline areas to unlock value and create wealth for owners. Typically, he invest in companies with a revenue of between £500K-10m. These companies usually fall in the following 3 areas:

1. Are trading profitably and looking to exit for maximum value. Here I use my skills as certified value builder and chartered tax adviser to both build value and sell tax efficiently.

2. Have hit a plateau in their growth and looking for help release the breaks.

3. Are distressed and/or looking to retire.
