Tony is a qualified accountant with over 25 years in senior commercial finance roles across diverse sectors, including recruitment, media & advertising, network infrastructure & cabling, and hospitality. 

In these roles, he gained extensive experience in managing financial operations, treasury, financial planning and analysis and building highly effective finance teams across these varied industries. 

He now spearheads the financial strategy and investment decisions, growth initiatives, and comprehensive financial planning for the group.

Over the years he has been involved with business transactions from both a buying and selling side, from the sale of group companies to facilitate the exit of a founder shareholder, to the due diligence and integration of new companies, ensuring a seamless transition was experienced for all parties.

Tony believes in a proactive approach to financial management, emphasising strategic planning, risk mitigation, and capitalising on market opportunities. He's also been a part of some great finance teams and recognises that much of the success he’s had has been on the back of the fabulous people that have worked with him over the years.

Outside his professional endeavours, Tony is married with two daughters, a son and a granddaughter, who keeps him very much on his toes! He enjoys spending time with all of them, particularly if they’re all up in the mountains, skiing to the next restaurant for food and refreshments!

With a focus on delivering measurable results and driving financial excellence, he is excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to Echo Eight and contributing to the group's future success.
